About Dr. Stephen Davis

With over 25 years’ experience in the Human Services field, Dr. Stephen T. Davis has supported underserved populations in the behavioral/mental health and developmental disabilities space in Philadelphia, Delaware and Maryland. Stephen has presented at national conferences for the American Public Health Association, the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and the Charting the LifeCourse National Symposium. Dr. Davis is the founder and CEO of the National Organization for Interdisciplinary Research and Evaluation (NOIRE). His work focuses on support coordination as a leverage point to systems change and the implementation of systems thinking principles in the human service organizations.
