About Eileen Babauta

Eileen Alepuyo Babauta is the Program Director for the UCEDD located in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. She is an Alumni from the University of Guam with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She is passionate about her work with individuals with developmental disabilities and is a strong advocate in her community. She works closely with partner agencies to create more accessible and inclusive events for IDD to participate and enhance a fully engaged life in the CNMI. As an strong advocate, Eileen supports transitions for Students with DD, and aims to provide more technical assistance to First Responders and emergency personnel to enhance responses and communication during emergencies and disasters.
