Esme is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She has an extensive background in human services and workforce development, including housing, child and public welfare, trauma-informed care, and crisis response._x000D_

At FBC, Esme ensures that every student in the Adult programs has access to essential community resources and a supportive space to navigate challenges. She oversees Orientation & Adjustment to Disability and Employment Services, preparing students for independence and employment. She also works to build partnerships with employers in the community, creating opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals to thrive in the workforce.
