About Julie Blair

Julie Blair is an Assistant Director of Academic Programs and Assistant Professor at Grand Canyon University’s College of Education, where she ensures that special education, secondary education, and administrative/leadership programs meet state and national licensure standards. She collaborates with GCU’s clinical practice and state compliance teams, as well as invested parties, to offer exceptional teacher and administrator preparation programs. Julie is also a member of the CEEDAR State Steering Committee and Leadership Team, a Special Education Advocate, and a member of ASA and APEL. With over 26 years of experience, Julie is committed to preparing and retaining educators.
