Loretta Alvarez serves as the Program Manager for Employment and Transition at the University of Arizona’s Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities. With over 16 years of experience in special education and transition, she has dedicated her career to supporting and advocating for high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Loretta is passionate about empowering youth with disabilities as they transition into adulthood, ensuring they have the support and opportunities to live independently and fully participate in their communities.
