About Ulanda Chatter
Ulanda Chatter is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at the University of Arizona’s Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities. Based in Northern Arizona.
As a member of the Pre-employment Transitions Project team, partners with local high schools to create work-based experiences for students.
With experience in health and education, she developed a commitment to human services through personal observations of people with disabilities being denied employment opportunities, which limited their freedom of choice and self-determination. She believes that all individuals, including those with disabilities, should be able to fully participate in their communities.
She has a special interest in Neurodiversity and Genetics, Ulanda plans to continue her education in those related fields.
