Exhibitors are Valued Partners at our Conference!

At the IHD Evidence for Success Disability Conference, we know that exhibitors are our partners in ensuring that the conference delivers an educational and networking experience of the highest quality.

We carefully consider exhibitor needs when developing our programming and space planning, ensuring that the conference provides a positive return on investment to our exhibitors and that our conference attendees are provided with ample opportunities to interact and learn from our exhibitors. Our conference includes:

  • unopposed Exhibit Hall times each day,
  • free community access to the Exhibit Hall and the Networking Reception on Monday (6/23/25) afternoon,
  • a variety of attendee incentives designed to encourage Exhibit Hall traffic,
  • partnerships with occupational therapy and speech-language pathology educational programs to have their students visit the Exhibit Hall for a unique “guided experience”, and
  • exhibitor staff members are treated as valued conference participants and get full access to all programming, educational sessions, food, and even prize drawings!

Exhibitor Levels & Packages

This year we would like to encourage exhibitor participation by offering four affordable exhibitor levels. Commercial exhibitors are offered a choice of Bronze, Silver, or Gold Package options. Non-Profits and State Agencies are offered the Bronze level package at a discounted price. (See chart below for details).

Bronze Exhibitor

  • 1-person registration (including light breakfasts and snacks) and access to all conference sessions and events
  • Basic Exhibitor Package:
    • One 6’ draped table and two chairs
    • Electricity Connection
    • Free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the conference center
  • Recognition on the website’s exhibit hall pages and social media (with links to your website)
  • Listing on printed exhibit hall materials (along with table number)

Silver Exhibitor

$575 early bird
$675 (after 5/15/25)

  • 2-person registration (including light breakfasts and snacks) and access to all conference sessions and events
  • Basic Exhibitor Package:
    • One 6’ draped table and two chairs
    • Electricity Connection
    • Free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the conference center
  • Recognition as a Silver Level Exhibitor on the exhibit hall page of the conference website and social media (with links to your website)
  • Listing on printed exhibit hall materials (along with table number)

Gold Exhibitor

$775 early bird
$875 (after 5/15/25)

  • 3-person registration (including light breakfasts and snacks) and access to all conference sessions and events
  • Exhibitor Package:
    • One 6’ draped table and three chairs
    • Electricity Connection
    • Free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the conference center
  • Recognition as a Gold Level Exhibitor on the exhibit hall page of the conference website and social media (with links to your website)
  • Listing on printed exhibit hall materials (along with table number)

Optional Add-ons (available to all exhibitors)

  • One extra table or space is available for each exhibitor for an additional cost of $200.
  • Up to 2 additional people can be added to exhibitor registrations for $119/person/day (or $229 for both days).
  • Lunches are “on your own” and are not included as part of the registration fees.
