Registration

Thanks to support from the Arizona Department of Education – Exceptional Student Services, if you are employed by an Arizona School District or public charter school, we are offering a limited number of discounted registration slots. This applies to teachers, administrators, therapists, school counselors, etc. The discounted registration fee is $199* for the regular conference (Monday & Tuesday), and $299* for the bundled (preconference + conference) rate ($70 off the regular fee!). The discount does not apply to the pre-conference workshop.

When prompted on the registration form, enter the discount code AZSchools25. You will then see additional fields to provide information about your employer for verification purposes.

NOTE: A smaller discount is available to Arizona public school district and charter school personnel who register for only one day of the conference. Please use discount code 1DaySchools25 to reduce your single-day registration fee to $129*.

*Early Bird Rates

A limited number of discounted registrations for the two-day regular conference are available to persons with disabilities and/or family members. These discounts apply to conference registration fees only; unfortunately, we are not able to support travel-related expenses. Important Note: The conference format is not designed for children, and we are unable to provide childcare services. Please make alternative arrangements for your children.

To encourage participation, special fees and programing having been developed specifically for college/university students.

Unless specified otherwise, fees include breakfasts, snacks, CEUs, electronic access to conference materials, and Networking Reception on Monday afternoon. Although you will select a track when you register, you can attend any and regular conference session that interesst you, regardless of the track you originally selected.

Our conference hotel is Wild Horse Pass Resort at 5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226

The Exhibit Hall will be open to the community free of charge only on Monday afternoon, June 23, 2025, from 1:30 – 5:30 pm. An Exhibit Hall pass does not include access to conference sessions or snacks.

Everyone is also invited to participate in the networking reception (including a special theatre performance by Arizona’s own Detour Company Theatre) which will take place from 5:30 until 6:30 pm. 

Pre-registration is now closed, but the community is invited to attend both the exhibit hall from 1:00 to 5:30 and the reception and show from 5:30 to 6:30. When arriving at Wild Horse Pass, please stop by the registration desk to pick up a pass.

We are aware that getting to the hotel can be challenging for persons with disabilities who don’t drive or need to take public transportation. We are working on arranging complimentary accessible van shuttle transportation from a central meeting point to the Wild Horse Pass for individuals who have registered to attend the conference or the Monday afternoon Exhibit Hall and reception event.
