About Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie is the Strategic Initiatives Manager with the Rehabilitation Services Administration. In this role, she works closely with RSA Leadership and Community partners on various projects. As a leader and advocate for individuals with disabilities, Stephanie has worked closely with the Sonoran Center, in facilitating the Customized Employment Pilot in Arizona. Prior to coming to RSA, Stephanie was a school district administrator and secondary special education teacher, where she spent over two decades supporting post-secondary training and transition for students with disabilities. With a steadfast commitment to ensuring the independence and success of individuals with disabilities, Stephanie is a member of the Arizona Association of People Supporting Employment First and fosters systems change through collaboration with agencies and organizations across the state.
