The Executive Director of Diverse Ability Incorporated, Susan leads operations, strategic growth, community partnerships, and statewide initiatives that advance equity, inclusion, and opportunities for youth who have disabilities and their families. Over 20 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, state agencies, higher education, and school districts, she drives impactful systems-change efforts in transition services, disability inclusion, and employment in the disability community. Career includes key roles with the University of Arizona’s Sonoran UCEDD, the Arizona Department of Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, where she has collaborated with cross-sector partners, supervised multidisciplinary teams, supported major grants.
