About Vanessa Zuber

Vanessa Zuber is the Statewide Director of Employment Services for United Cerebral Palsy of Southern AZ. She oversees employment services for Pima, Santa Cruz, and Yuma Counties in Arizona. She created and developed an employment services program for transition age youth and adults with disabilities called WorkAbility. WorkAbility uses a holistic approach to the supported employment journey. She and her WorkAbility team have built collaborations with multiple employers and community partners over 11 years and have placed over 250 people with disabilities into competitive and integrated employment throughout multiple counties. She also has a brother on the spectrum and proudly identifies as she/hers, LGBTQ, and neurodivergent.
