Sponsorship Opportunities!
In addition to exhibitor opportunities, we also offer sponsorship level support opportunities that allow organizations to:
- Extend their impact and visibility
- Support an array of conference events and programming
- Provide scholarships and registrations to community members and allow us to keep the cost down for all participants
Sponsors are offered a choice of three Sponsorship Levels (Emerald-Level, Ruby-Level, or Diamond-Level packages). All sponsorships also include an exhibit table at the conference. (see chart below for details.)
Emerald Level

- 3 registrations (can be used on your staff or for whoever you choose to sponsor)

- Recognition from podium during opening session

- Sponsorship of one breakfast or break refreshments (with logo prominently displayed at food tables)
Ruby Level

- Complimentary Gold Level Exhibitor package benefits (see below) + electricity connection
- 4 registrations (can be used on your staff or for whoever you choose to sponsor)
- Logo featured on Exhibitor/Sponsor page
- Recognition from podium during opening and closing sessions
- Logo on Exhibit Hall handout (for participants & general public) + Exhibit Hall signage
- One item of exhibitor literature included in conference attendee bag
- Sponsorship of keynote and featured workshop speakers (with logo prominently displayed during sponsored sessions)
Diamond Level

$10,000
- Complimentary Gold Level Exhibitor package benefits (see below) + electricity connection
- 5 registrations (can be used on your staff or for whoever you choose to sponsor)
- Logo featured on Homepage, Exhibitor/Sponsor page
- Recognition from podium during the opening session, closing session, and the Networking Reception
- Logo on Exhibit Hall handout (for participants & general public), Exhibit Hall signage, and other conference materials
- Up to three items of exhibitor literature included in the conference attendee bag
- Sponsorship of Networking Reception (with logo prominently displayed at food table and screen)
Gold Level Exhibitor Package includes:
- One 6’ draped table and three chairs
- Electricity connection (included in sponsorship packages only)
- Free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the conference center
- Recognition on the conference website and social media
- Opportunity to add one additional exhibit table or space ($225) and up to 2 additional discounted registrations (@ $129/person/day or $249 for the entire 2-day conference).
- All registrations include light breakfasts and snacks, as well as access to all conference sessions and events.
