About Samantha Hagness

Samantha Hagness is a member of the Mesa Public Schools Assistive Technology (AT) Department. She received bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Communication Disorders and Spanish. She received her master’s degree from the University of Arizona in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She holds a graduate certificate in Assistive Technology from Northern Arizona University and completed Portland State University’s bilingual SLP abroad program. She is an active member of Arizona’s Speech-Language-Hearing Association, where she served as the Community Relations Chair for 5 years. Fun fact: Samantha is an avid backpacker and even spent her honeymoon hiking around Mount Blanc with a sprained ankle.
