Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2026 Northern Arizona Disability Resource Fair, which will take place on Saturday, October 3, from 1-4 pm at the High Country Conference Center. To accommodate growing interest, exhibitor capacity has been expanded by 20% this year.
We welcome organizations, agencies, and service providers, that specifically serve and provide supports and resources for those living with disabilities in Northern Arizona. Register early. Space is limited.

Package Includes:
- An Exhibit Table (with 2 chairs)
- Electricity connection
- Recognition on the conference website
- Recognition on promotional materials and email blasts
- Conference literature/materials distributed to all attendees
- On-site signage at the refreshment station, activities tables and by the reasonable accommodations
Sponsorships provide financial support to cover:
- Reasonable Accommodations – To make the fair fully accessible to all attendees, we need support to cover the costs associated with providing sign language interpreters, CART (real-time live captioning), brailled handouts, and other accommodations.
- Refreshments – We like to serve light refreshments to guests (e.g., cookies/baked goods, lemonade, and iced tea), but we need support to cover those costs.
- Additional Activities & Fun – We host inclusive activities (such as adaptive arts and crafts) on site. Additional family-friendly games and activities (such as face painting and animal balloons) will be added if funding is made available..
